Monday morning meditation: the pause

Your challenge today is two-fold.
Can you pause for one second at the moment of full inhale? Take a one second pause before the exhale leaves the body and notice the sensations in the body at that moment. Silently say to yourself the word ‘space’.
Now, can you soften your body and expand and take up more space just the tiniest little bit in that moment? Try it. And then try it a few more times.
Just three breaths, maybe three minutes. Maybe ten minutes, maybe a few breaths a few times today. You have the power to choose. Enjoy the freedom!
