Summer news and yoga adventures

As we head into the brightest day of the year I’m taking a moment to be exceptionally grateful for seasons and the opportunities we get in life to change schedules and take a more relaxed approach to life!

For the next four weeks I’ll be rising with the birds every Wednesday morning to teach in The Yoga Hub, Dublin City Centre from 7-8am. The magical time when the city stirs out of slumber, traffic is light and parking is free! Bookings on http://theyogahub.ie/index.php/timetable/

Evening classes in the beautiful light-filled room in The Park Mondays and Thursdays run all summer long http://www.sylviayoga.com/classes/

Classes in RTE, Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime, run all summer long… outdoors whenever possible in the walled gardens of Montrose.

Morning classes are finished at The Park; Thursday morning yoga in Rathfarnham runs for just two more weeks, all welcome to drop in.

Adventurous yogis will find me in Verbier, Switzerland in August, Borgo di Carpiano, Italy in September and in the west of Ireland in October for five day retreats based on healthy hedonism, a balance of yoga, good living and fun! http://exoticyogaretreats.com/

Closer to home I’ll be partying with my fellow yoga hubbers on Saturday 9th June and teaching new yoga teacher trainees every Friday in The Yoga Hub for the month of July. Late summer Yoga Nidra workshop in The Yoga Hub is on 21stAugust, bookings are open http://theyogahub.ie/index.php/workshops/
