Italy yoga retreats in May and September blend good health with good living. We will stay in a historic and stunning Borgo, a luxury 10-room boutique villa set in the Italian countryside. Daily yoga, walks in the countryside and swims by the pool are immersed in an old-world appreciation of Italian cuisine, culture and wine. Local tours are optional, unrushed free time is plentiful.
The Swiss retreat in September is a revitalizing week of yoga and meditation all wrapped up in pure luxury. Surrounded by stunning alpine scenery and spectacular hiking trails, health and fitness blends with luxurious spa services, sun-bathing, the swimming pool, fitness centre and gourmet restaurants. Options for adventure with hiking, biking, paragliding or even heli-sightseeing. Luxurious accommodation is at the 5-star W Hotel in Verbier in the heart of the alps.
Yoga classes are as carefully planned as every other detail of the trip and all classes are mixed ability … you don’t have to be amazing at yoga to come on a yoga holiday! Most groups will have a mix ranging from beginners to advanced. Because classes are daily, and even these are optional, everyone has an opportunity to learn and progress at whatever pace feels appropriate to them. It’s a very pleasant journey towards a healthier, happier you!
